Welcome to Luton Council's self-assessment tool.
We currently operate a banding scheme in order to prioritise applicants who are eligible for housing. Bands range from 1 (high priority) to 4 (low priority).
Please note, applicants in band 4 will have no realistic chance of securing council or housing association accommodation unless they are eligible for retirement (or 'sheltered') housing.
The self-assessment tool will give you an idea of the banding you may be entitled to before you decide to make an application for re-housing.
